Today on the show we have the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Sacred Heart, Jon Basti.
 
Coach Basti is a graduate of Fairfield University.  He started his coaching career at Sacred Heart.  He then moved on the be the Head Coach at Eastern Connecticut State.  He then went back to alma mater to be an assistant coach at Fairfield.  After Fairfield, he was the assistant coach at Lafayette before moving on to Hartford.  He’s now on his 6th year as the head coach at Sacred Heart.
 
Since taking over as head coach at Sacred Heart, Coach Basti has led his team to their winningest seasons in the program's history.
 
Today on the show Coach Basti and I got a chance to talk about making decisions quickly, routines, having fun, loving where you go to school, bringing the dive back, and much more.
