Today on the show we have Kyle Harrison.
 
Kyle was a graduate of Hopkins.  He was a three-time All-American and a Three-time Tewaaraton Trophy finalist.  He was the 2005 NCAA Player of the Year.  He was a two-time Midfielder of the year.  He led Hopkins to a national championship in 2005 and he’s a member of the All-Time Johns Hopkins team.  He was the number draft pick in the 2005 MLL draft.  He’s been an MLL All-Star multiple times.  And he’s been a member of Team USA in 2006 and again in 2014.
 
Kyle and I played against each other in college and a little in the MLL.  We got a chance to talk about a bunch of topics like, deliberate practice, understanding your game, eating right, time management, developing confidence under pressure, commitment, and much more.
