Today on the show we have Lyle Thompson.

Lyle currently plays for the Chesapeake Bayhawks and the Georgia Swarm.  He’s the NCAA record holder for most career points with 400, and assists with 225.  He’s a two-time Tewaaraton Award winner.  One of those times he was co-winner with his brother Miles.  He’s a two-time Turnbull Award winner for the nations top attackman.  And this summer, he won a bronze medal with the Iroquois Nationals.

During this conversation you’ll hear someone who, in his words, fell in love with the sport of lacrosse.  We got a chance to talk about how he studies defensemen, how he avoided bad habits as a young player, how he plays at different speeds, and much more.
