After college, he played in the NLL with NY, Baltimore, Syracuse and Philadelphia, where he was part of the 2001 NLL Championship team. He was a two time Gold Medal winner for team USA. Once, in 1994 where he was named MVP of the games, and again in 1998.

During his time in the MLL, he was the All-Star game MVP in 2001, the offensive player of the year in 2002, and 2003. And, he was the league MVP in 2005. He also won an MLL Championship in 2003 with the Baltimore Bayhawks. And, in 2009, he was inducted in the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
