Today on the show we have the head coach of Princeton Men’s Lacrosse, Matt Madalon.

Coach Madalon is a Roanoke College graduate where he was a DIII All-American Goalie.  He spent 7 seasons as the offensive coordinator and goalie coach at Stevens.  During his time there he was named DIII Assistant Coach of the Year.  He then moved on to be the assistant coach at Princeton before becoming the interim head coach, and then finally being named the head coach at Princeton University.

Coach Madalon and I got a chance to talk about a lot of different things like, learning to communicate, examples of senior leadership, a culture of extras, their underlying philosophy, and much more.
