Today on the show we have the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Cabrini College, Steve Colfer.
 
Coach Colfer is a graduate of Scranton University.  He started his college coaching career as the offensive coordinator as Cabrini before being named the head coach after 4 seasons.  He’s now on his 19th season at Cabrini.  During his time at Cabrini his teams have won 17 consecutive CSAC championships with 16 straight NCAA tournament appearances.
 
Coach Colfer and I got a chance to talk about a lot of things like crafting expectations, defining player roles, being over prepared and much more.
