Jo Evans - Humility, Doing the Hard Thing, and Getting Outside Your Comfort Zone

Today on the show we have the Head Softball Coach at Texas A&M, Jo Evans.
Coach Evans is on her 23rd Season at Texas A&M.  During her time there her teams have been to the NCAA postseason 19 times including 3 trips to the College World Series.  She’s had 22 thirty win seasons with 18 straight since 2002 and she’s had 11 seasons with 40 or more wins.  She’s been named the Big 12 coach of the year 3 times and she was inducted into the NFCA Hall of Fame in 2015.
Coach Evans and I got a chance to talk about a lot of things like humility, getting outside your comfort zone, doing the hard thing, and much more.
